Creating A TikTok Business Account / Advertising Account

If you’re new to TikTok advertising, follow these steps to set up your TikTok Ads account and Business Center, then grant RankPay access so we can help you manage your campaigns.

Step 1: Create a TikTok Ads Account

  1. Go to https://ads.tiktok.com/i18n/signup
  2. Select “Sign Up with Email or Phone” and complete the form.
  3. Choose Business as your account type.
  4. Enter your business name and other requested information.
  5. Once your account is created, you’ll land in the TikTok Ads Manager dashboard.

Step 2: Set Up Your TikTok Business Center

  1. Visit https://business.tiktok.com
  2. Log in using the account you just created.
  3. Click “Create a Business Center”
  4. Enter your business name and choose the appropriate industry.
  5. You now have access to your TikTok Business Center — this is where you’ll manage team access, assets, and partners.

Step 3: Create or Link an Ad Account

  1. Inside your Business Center, click “Assets” in the left-hand menu.
  2. Go to “Ad Accounts”
  3. Click “Add Ad Account” and choose one of the following:

    • Create a new ad account
    • Link an existing ad account (if you previously had one under a different login)
  4. Complete the requested business information.

Step 4: Add a Payment Method (Optional but Recommended)

  1. In your Ads Manager dashboard, go to “Billing”
  2. Click “Payment”, then “Add Payment Method”
  3. Choose your preferred method and follow the prompts

Step 5: Invite RankPay as a Business Partner

Now that your TikTok Business Center is set up, follow these steps to invite us as your official TikTok Ads partner:

  1. In the Business Center, go to Assets > Partners
  2. Click “Add Partner”
  3. Enter the RankPay Business ID:

  4. Click Next
  5. Grant access to your Ad Account and assign Standard or Admin access
  6. (Optional but recommended): Grant access to your Pixel and any Catalogs or Events if applicable.
  7. Click Confirm

Final Step: Notify Your RankPay Account Manager

Once you’ve added us as a partner and granted access to your assets, please let your account manager know so we can begin configuring your campaigns.
