How to Add RankPay to Your Google Business Profile

To get the most out of your local SEO services with RankPay, we’ll need access to your Google Business Profile (GBP). This access allows us to update critical business information, optimize your listing, and ensure everything is set up for success with Google’s local search.

Follow the steps below to securely add our team to your profile.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Sign in to Google
     Log into the Google account that is listed as the Primary Owner of your Google Business Profile.
  2. Locate Your Business Profile
    • If you only have one business, simply search your business name on Google and view the profile directly.
    • If you manage multiple profiles, go to business.google.com and select the correct location you’d like to grant access to.
  3. Access Business Profile Settings
    • Once your business profile is open, click the three vertical dots (⁝) located next to your business name.
    • From the dropdown menu, click Business Profile settings.
  4. Navigate to ‘People and Access’
    • Click on People and access from the settings menu.
  5. Click the “+ Add” Button
    • In the top right, select + Add to invite a new user.
  6. Enter Our Email Address
    • In the email field, type:
       analytics@rankpay.com
  7. Set the Access Level
    • Choose Owner as the access level.

 

This level allows us to assign the appropriate RankPay team members to your profile, including your Account Manager, Content Team, and Technical SEO team.
 Note: Owner access is still one step below “Primary Owner.” We cannot remove your access, change your permissions, or transfer ownership of your profile.

What to Expect After Granting Access

Once you’ve added analytics@rankpay.com, our team may add a few internal users (all with @rankpay.com emails) to assist with optimization tasks. You may receive email notifications for each new user we add. This is normal and ensures the right experts are assigned to your account.
