Our support team is available from 7AM – 5PM PST Monday through Friday.
Additionally, you’ll have 24/7 access to your proprietary RankPay Account Dashboard. There you’ll have easy access to all the information pertaining to your account, and the ability to submit support tickets.
We reply to client tickets and voicemails within 24 hours, and most tickets are resolved much sooner.
