I deactivated a keyword(s). Why was I charged?

When you cancel a keyword we instantly calculate your current ranking, prorate the pricing, and charge you accordingly. (If we didn't do this, customers could obtain SEO services for free by simply canceling before the 1st of the month.)

Although your keywords are deactivated, your account can remain active in case you want to activate keywords in the future.
